Can I take the lessons whenever I want?
To an extent the answer is yes. Online language tuition provides you with the flexibility to take your lessons when you want. However, there is an expiry limit with your lessons. Blocks of lessons must be used up within a period in weeks equal to three times the number of lessons. Therefore a batch of five lessons must be used up within 15 weeks of payment

What do I need in terms of equipment?
All you need is your computer, an internet connection, a microphone and/or a webcam (some come with built in microphones).

Should my computer have any particular specifications?
A normal home computer can serve the purpose but in order to be convenient with the Virtual Environment that should have these minimum specifications: Minimum 900 MHz pentium processor
At least Windows XP or Later Version.
Minimum of 1GB RAM (512 MB can serve the purpose too)
Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Fire Fox or Apple Safari (These browsers are free to download and we recommend to download the latest version)
An internet connection with 56kbps modem or faster

How do I pay?
We accept payments through PayPal but you may pay by other methods too. You can pay by Certified Cheque, Bank Transfer, and Demand Drafts. We prefer PayPal to save your time and other expenses. What about refunds and complaints?
We refund your payments if you are not satisfied with the service or do not want to start the course. Full refunds can be made before the start of the training and portion of the funds will be issued if you quit during the course.

Can I watch my kids learning online?
Yes, we allow parents to sit in the virtual class or they can get access to their kids accounts with us.

Can I record a class session so that I can see it again and again to memorize?
Yes, we do allow recordings and even we suggest you to record the online learning sessions and watch or listen them after the actual class.

Can I see my teacher while in teaching session?
Yes, you can see teacher and other students in the class. We use a web conferencing module for our online sessions and you can see your classmates.

Can I see the resource person’s desktop screen to see how they teach us?
Yes, we allow you to see the teacher's or resource person's desktop for better learning.

Can online Tuition Center arrange more than one teacher for one class?
That depends upon the course content. We may arrange more than one teachers if this is the requirement of the course you are in.

Can I learn in my language?
You may arrange your online tutor and use our system. We welcome you to make a group and find a teacher and we will give you the access to our system for online teaching.
